**A Festive Reminder for Women 40+ đ**
Over-indulging isnât just âholiday funâ anymore.
At 40+, a few weeks of excess can mean:

Hi ladies did you know that muscle is a cognitive organ.
Skeletal muscle is not just for aesthetics it`s a metabolic and endocrine organ that dictates how your brain uses fuel, strength training increases insulin sensitivity.
The more muscle you have the better the glucose control and better brain function. I`m seeing how hard it is to lift weights, you might have a demanding job, a spouse family kids etc, i know life is hard but i must emphasize that how important it is that you do strength training.
Strength training is the best way for better brain function and cognitive decline , strength training is by far the best elixir for brain function and brain span.

Do you know that the Three number one killers in women is Heart disease, stroke and cancer. Which i call a metabolic condition meaning if women could have just invested in strength training it could have tremendously reduced the risk. But there`s a myth which they believed in meaning if they do strength training they would build muscle/becomes bulky which is so , so far from the truth.
Which i can without blinking an eye can say its B.S because first of all it will take you years and years of strength training where you wont even get to that stage it is even difficult for most men to develop unless they use gear( steroids ) but metabolically science have proven that strength training is longevity and one of the best ways to improve cognitive health. So ladies do yourselves a favour and start strength training even if it`s at least 2-3 times p/week.
So remember strength training is not just for men , you as ladies actually needs it more!
