It’s been a while — almost a year since I last shared my yoga journey here.

During this time, I’ve grown a lot, not just on the mat but in life too. I learned how to make yoga simple, powerful, and healing — even from my bed some mornings.

I’m back to share that with you again. 💜

I just want to share and exceed my gratitude to you all for helping me grow to 3k followers ❤️ it is a blessing to witness. Thank you for your ongoing support.

I know that my outreach has been limited. I am currently living in Barcelona for 6 months embarking on a musical journey. I am learning a lot while still practicing this art, and breathing mindfully has been one of the constants in the ex*****on of it.

Yoga can be found anywhere, near anyone and in anything.

As with new developments, I will be developing an On The Mat Yoga series and my vision for this series is to get closer to you all in mind, heart and spirit. Social engagement will be present and one on one booking sessions with me if you need my onboarding guidance, and more.
