We would like to Congratulate Igshaan and Cameron for their individual outstanding performance at the Limpopo Level 3 SAPSA Nationals .

Igshaan got Standard Division Senior C class bronze, Cameron got gold for same class, and also got bronze for C class overall in same division.

Congratulations to the Production Senior Team ,Rafique ,Lucien and Johnny for a well deserved Bronze Team Medal

Rules

Rule 1 : Planning ( he rates this as his most important rule )

You must look at and plan the stages before you get to the Nationals .
Target high hit factor stages !

Important if you get to a stage and you see an advanced shooter with a better plan Change your plan !

Target high hit factor stage ( above 10 hit factor). Tip look at the preshoot scores and identify high hit factor stages.

Don't shoot above 95% of your capacity be consistent.

Shooting 3 shots at a sw***er is not a bad thing.

Don't try and win the competition at stage 1.

When shooting on the move stay within 45% of the target .

No more than 2 shots at a small plate after 2 shots move on.

Clean your gun every day !

Your practice before the shoot makes you win.
Don't practice one stage more than once.( at the Nationals you don't get to shoot a stage twice )
Practice must be hard targets.

He says South Africa was his easiest World shoot and he still shot a Mike ?
