My takeaway from my runs is that some runs are fast and some are slow, but every run moves you forward 💪🏾
The warm-up had everyone thinking I was about to run a personal best 😭 meanwhile I was fighting for my life the whole time 🤣
Running is the best💫
Slow motion is better than no motion …just putting in some work 💪🏾

Funny how your legs suddenly work after you finally leave the house 😂
The biggest lesson running taught me,if I can push through discomfort here, I can push through hard moments in life too💪🏾
