The below steps will assist you in registration to Ethekwini Municipality Vendor portal. The steps are to be
followed in sequence.
Stage 1
If you registered with the Central Supplier Database (CSD), begin from Stage 3

Stage 2
Register for CD using the below link, and complete the registration before moving to stage 3 https://secure.csd.gov.za/

Stage 3
Follow the below link to register a user account on Ethekwini Vendor portal
https://ethekwinivendor.durban.gov.za/

Stage 4
An email address provided on the above stage is used for correspondence; please verify the user account using
the email sent to you. Email received as, Do Not Reply.

Stage 5
Open the below link, on home at the top right click login. Use the Credentials created at stage 3

Stage 6
Click on the supplier Tab and select one of the applicable options below
Link existing Supplier:

Register new supplier:
https://ethekwinivendor.durban.gov.za/Supplier-Registration-and-Accreditation-from

Stage 7
Edit supplier information using the below link
https://ethekwinivendor.durban.pov.za/Suppliers/Existing-Suppliers
From listed suppliers, click the text "Click here to open" and start editing your supplier information.

Stage 8
After editing each Tab click "Save and next", until you get to the Validate page to Submit the supplier registration.
