Trail mix or nuts is a great source of fats and proteins to keep you going on a busy day, and help you feel fuller for longer. πŸƒπŸΌπŸ’―

Roasted and Salted Cashews are my absolute favourite savory snack 😍 but my goodness, are they calorie dense. πŸ™Š

Luckily you can eat whatever the heck you want as long as you remember, PORTION CONTROL is KEY! 🌟

All these examples are the small snack packets from Woolies, so keep that in mind when reaching for that third handful of peanuts and rasins! πŸ‘€πŸ’™
