In His Image

When they tell me to stop preaching the Gospel because its offensive, will I? When they tell me the Name of Jesus triggers them, Will I change it to God, or something less triggering? If they threaten me with jail or death, will I forget that my rescue from the adamic life, was the suspension of an eternal death sentence, was the grant of a new life, a life in the new creation of God, a life in union with the Godheads fullness in Christ Jesus. A life I cannot deny. I will not yield 1 meter of the Kingdoms territory, through overt or subversive means. All Hail King Jesus.

The Contestation for our thoughts today with modern media is intense. Either our minds are being renewed by the Son of God, through the word of God, which birthed us as new creations, and fashions and forms us, transforming us into the full stature of the perfect image, or Adam keeps trying to infiltrate back into us. The worlds thoughts keep dividing and dividing. Christ is singular, Christ is union, in him, in Father, in Holy Spirit, reconciling, redeeming, paying the ransom, sacrificing, building, motivating, encouraging, strengthening, advising, offering, supporting. Rom 12:2 Do not be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewal of your mind, that by testing you may discern what is the will of God, what is good and acceptable and perfect. Still the best advise.

In Adam:
Living life in one adamic mind was hard enough and is hard when we slip back in. This new culture wants me to live in everyone's Adamic mind lest I offend someone. I'm just not sure that that is possible. That seems too rigorous for 1 mind. Isn't this diverse world the ideal training ground for love, I accept that in Adam I can be triggered, I also accept that in Christ I can love and respond with forgiveness and acceptance. Adams world is a failure what we see is the fruit of his failure and there simply isn't a cure to his thoughts and desires. He always choses law and behavior suppression. So far law hasn't tamed the rebellious heart in man.

In Christ:
To cure the world required a new creation, a new heaven and a new earth, and a second Adam, Christ Jesus, the last Adam. To cure the world required a rebirth for all those born from a woman, born of Adam. A new birth from on high by the Holy Spirit conceiving the imperishable seed of the Word of God, a new creation made in the image and likeness of the son of God who took on ours, in order for us to take on his. Only In Christ is our cure and the cure of others

Sin Corrupts:
Adam cannot live by the teaching of Christ, it's not internal to him, sins corruption keeps him in chains of darkness, even if he is enamored by them, he finds himself incapable of living them out. Only Christ, whose obedience through his flesh manifesting the true word of life, living withing us can bring our new creation into direct participation with him in the life of the God head.

Behavior Modification: New Life:
There is no amount of behavior modification that will present a solution. Christ Jesus presented the only solution. You must be born again. The old Adamic life must be put to death by the waters of baptism, and the new Christ life lived. You must have the Spirit of Life, Grace, actively working in you, bringing all of Christ's life, his character, his awareness, his love, his mercy, his forgiveness into its fullness through your presence combined in his, One Spirit working together.

Father, Jesus spoke truth, we must be born again, we mut put to death the old Adamic, carnal sensual, life, and give life to the new creation prepared for us, in the seed of your word, in a new covenant with you, the eternal covenant, that requires faith to activate. Those who believed in any generation received, those who did not receive the promises and mix it with faith could not enter the rest prepared for them. They chose law and it failed them. Jesus Christ, we received, he brought us grace. New birth we chose Father. Jesus Christ, we put on, his virtue, his majesty, his position in you, his character, his behavior, his absolute love. We choose to be enveloped in the life quickening Spirit of the new man.

If you get a sore throat, or your sneezing, change the script, say I thank you immune system you're working perfectly, and we are well and are winning the battle to reject any infection. Untrain the worlds training, they agree with sickness, "oh I'm going down with something." We all bought that lie. Let's complement our immune system with positive thoughts, not negative instruction to give up its fight.

Gods Advice:
John 12:25 Whoever loves his life loses it, and whoever hates his life in this world will keep it for eternal life.

Toxic advice:
I have spent time contemplating these memes, that offer advice on toxic people and toxic relationships against the Light of Scripture and the example of Christ Jesus and the recommendation that we have his same mind, or attitude. Phil 2: 50-11. I couldn't find any way that worldly advice is consistent with Scripture.

If you love your life in Adams heritage, his corrupted thinking and emotional life governed by the former heavens that are passing away, governed by Satan, and the spirits of wickedness and your selfish walk, in the former earth also passing away, you are holding onto death. Adam cannot save his life, whatever you cling to in him will be lost.

New Heavens, New Earth:
At the Cross the old heavens and earth were judged, they failed the test of righteousness and the image they presented wasn't the accepted image, which is Christ Jesus. The Cross divided time and the old world, the heavens that ruled it, and which governed the earth, were consigned to death. A new heaven and a new Earth, with a new man, a new creation began to appear.

Mount Zion and the city of the King:
The rulership and governing of the heavens and earth was restored to its rightful king, and his image, the Saints. From Zion, the mountain of the Lord, which is raised above all mountains, (rulership), from the capital Jerusalem, the scepter of the firstborn, and all his brothers and sisters, righteousness and peace is being spread, the atmosphere of the Kingdom.

Hate your Old life:
Hating the old sin corrupted life has actions, you actively recognize his voice, his thinking his emotions and put them off. You actively put on what is Christs. This changes your reactions and responses, the voice that leads you, Scripture and the Holy Spirit in cooperation assigned for your growth into the approved image. No one is toxic to him; he loves even his enemies and forgives them and presents them to the father. He wants each of them to feel respected, to enjoy dignity, to feel worthy and not shamed, if their pain is turned away from, how will they be washed, be sanctified, if you to inflict on them a repeat of their anguish. Christ Jesus became our sin, our pain, our loss, bearing it all to see us in Joy, to grant us an expectation of fulfilled hope, a life glorious.

Adams is the Roadblock to life abundant:
Adam and his needs and his desires, is where the intersection of choice for life or death is made. Chose Christ, Chose Life.

Plan A: Conceptualized
Eph 1:4 even as he chose us "in him" before the foundation of the world, that we should be holy and blameless before him. In love.

Plan A: Activated
Gen 1:26 Then God said, “Let us make man in our image, after our likeness. And let them have dominion over the fish of the sea and over the birds of the heavens and over the livestock and over all the earth and over every creeping thing that creeps on the earth.”

Plan A: The Scope and Extent:
Rom 8:29 For those whom he foreknew he also predestined to be conformed to the image of his Son, in order that he might be the firstborn among many brothers.

Plan A: The process:
Rom 12:2 Do not be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewal of your mind, that "by testing" you may discern what is the will of God, what is good and acceptable and perfect.

Plan A: Walked Out:
Rom 12:9 Let love be genuine. Abhor what is evil; hold fast to what is good.
Rom 12:10 Love one another with brotherly affection. Outdo one another in showing honor.
Rom 12:11 Do not be slothful in zeal, be fervent in spirit, serve the Lord.
Rom 12:12 Rejoice in hope, be patient in tribulation, be constant in prayer.
Rom 12:13 Contribute to the needs of the saints and seek to show hospitality.
Rom 12:14 Bless those who persecute you; bless and do not curse them.
Rom 12:15 Rejoice with those who rejoice, weep with those who weep.
Rom 12:16 Live in harmony with one another. Do not be haughty but associate with the lowly. Never be wise in your own sight.
Rom 12:17 Repay no one evil for evil but give thought to do what is honorable in the sight of all.
Rom 12:18 If possible, so far as it depends on you, live peaceably with all.
Rom 12:19 Beloved, never avenge yourselves, but leave it to the wrath of God, for it is written, “Vengeance is mine, I will repay, says the Lord.”
Rom 12:20 To the contrary, “if your enemy is hungry, feed him; if he is thirsty, give him something to drink; for by so doing, you will heap burning coals on his head.”
Rom 12:21 Do not be overcome by evil but overcome evil with good.

Prayer:
Jesus thank you your presence your life flows inside of us, we are your living image, your word of heaven abides in us, we live in your seat, your position where you predestined us to be, We experience these opportunities to let your quickening waters flow, to harness your life, to clothe all our responses in the new creation life we have received and causes the God life to manifest all around us, affecting every reaction, every response, to the life around us, the relationships intersecting ours. Such abundant love lives in the reservoir of the new creation, Jesus, your throne, in our hearts, it spills over changing us, conforming us as we are drawn to look and keep looking at you. Your beautiful, the most rewarding to observe of all creation. I can contemplate your wisdom, your perfection, your character and nature all day, dwelling on your love, your goodness, your counsel, your gentle supportive and kind words, that showcase my intended future. Therefore, I let love flow. I let kindness flow, I let my enemies enjoy love responses, peace words, spoken gently, with kindness. I bless in the manner I see you bless. I test every thought and every emotion, measuring it against your perfection, casting away those that fail the test of love, of goodness, of kindness, of mercy and grace. Jesus you are my Joy and delight, representing your image is a great honor, so I move in the methods you do, honoring all you love, with love and respect. In the way you gave up yourself identity, and went to the Cross, to give others dignity, respect and an identity in you, reborn into Fathers heart. So I will give up my self-life, my demand for acknowledgement, for respect, stepping down, casting my crown at your feet, so that you can reign, in order to grant the others dignity and opportunity to see they are greatly loved.

Rom 1:7 To all those in Rome who are loved by God and called to be saints: Grace to you and peace from God our Father and the Lord Jesus Christ. Rom 1:8 First, I thank my God through Jesus Christ for all of you, because your faith is proclaimed in all the world. Rom 1:15 So I am eager to preach the gospel to you also who are in Rome. Rom 1:16 For I am not ashamed of the gospel, for it is the power of God for salvation to everyone who believes, to the Jew first and also to the Greek. Rom 1:17 For in it the righteousness of God is revealed from faith for faith, as it is written, “The righteous shall live by faith.”

1Co 15:1 Now I would remind you, brothers, of the gospel I preached to you, which you received, in which you stand,
1Co 15:2 and by which you are being saved, if you hold fast to the word I preached to you—unless you believed in vain.

This was an interesting excursion as Rick was teaching in Intensive 1, now session 6.

Paul in a letter to the saints in Rome not only wants to impart a spiritual gift to them but to preach the gospel to believers who he calls saints and also to those who would not be saints at the time of his writing. What is his gospel, the Just shall live by faith. Men are not justified by race or ethnicity, by previous calls of God, by rituals and obeying and made laws and ordinances, but justified by the Justifier, who rewards our faith in his chosen sacrifice, the blood of his son Christ Jesus. Men easily forget and return to self-justification, even after being saved by grace. The Gospel must remain the basis upon which our lives are built.

Example of a mash up or crafted prayer:

New life: I have put on Christ.

Jesus you are all of my new life, the Adam life I inherited, was all of the old. he was weakened by sin and constantly ingested death, receiving his wages through his decisions. The new life is constantly reinforcing life and life more abundant, the promises meant for Christ, as he lives in me, and we jointly reign in righteousness. You show me, you lead me, in the way everlasting, your mind and hearts affections are on the father, and you keep my thoughts and desires there with you. You delight in the father as do I, as your delight is shared in me. Your words of life spring forth in me, building me, encouraging me, exhorting and edifying me, in all of your goodness.

Do not be distracted from the simplicity that is in Christ.

To be true the greatest difficulty of western culture is the message to be your own Saviour. Be your own man! it constantly defiles us. Christ Jesus is our Saviour, there is nothing you can do to add to, or subtract from that message. He was and is the only qualified Saviour. Without him everything is empty, don't take too long to discover, fulness is in him.
