In our industry, safety isn't just a policy, it’s a culture. Achieving 2,000,000 hours without a Lost Time Injury is a testament to the vigilance, discipline, and care every member of our CPT team brings to the site every single day.

To commemorate this achievement and keep the team protected as the seasons change, we’ve issued commemorative winter beanies to everyone in the division.

This wasn't just a standard coating job. It was a precision project involving:

• Deep cleaning and profiling to prep the metal.
• Precision polishing to restore its original luster.
• High-performance coating to protect it from the Durban salt air.

His journey has taken him through some of the most complex plant environments in the country, including SAPREF, Sappi Saiccor and Sasol Wax, giving him a deep understanding of what it takes to manage large-scale operations.

But beyond the logistics and the scale of the projects, what truly defines Irhon’s work is his heart for safety. He has built a career-long reputation for delivering results efficiently without ever compromising on the health and well-being of his team or the environment.
