The time for Plants and Rec has crept up again. ( YAY)

Due to the work load we have taken on, we’ve had to make the full Plants and Rec experience a tri monthly event. However, that’s not to say we don’t still want to see a monthly meet up where awesome people come together to chow awesome food :) With that being said we need a little help! We are looking for someone that is willing to come on board and help assist us in driving the Plants and Rec event each month. If you think this is you then please get in touch! All it takes is a bit of passion and energy :)

Hello all you beautiful people. We've been told about this really awesome event taking place at It's All Good Organic Grocer & Cafe :) if you haven't seen Cowspiracy yet then this is the perfect opportunity to do so!!! and if you have , well, we all know how yummy the food is at its all good so do we really need an excuse :) give them a shout to book a place 🌻

We chilled to the smooth sounds of Harmoni as well as Joash this last Sunday. The food was, as always, amazing and the water just perfect

It's almost the weekend :) and that means we are getting ready to create our next Plant & Rec event for Feb. (excitement overload)

We decided it was time to let you amazing humans in on the action.........We want to know who you think should grace our eardrums at the next event 😊 so if you, or anyone you know plays in a band, a one man show , can hit a good note etc then inbox us and let's get them introduced to Durban in the best way possible at Plants & Recreation 🌱

The sun was in our favor this month! The pool was so welcoming on such a beautiful day! The food is getting better and more creative each time and the music soothed our ears in just the right way. We also managed to raise R115 to go towards purchasing swimming costumes for the underprivileged kids who frequent the pool. See you all next month

A massive thanks to everyone that came out Yesterday! It was great to see energy and support, despite the downpour!

We can't wait for the next one - 3rd of January. Save the date and lets keep up the momentum. C'mon Durban... and lets cross them fingers for Sunny Sundays and a Happy New Year. Lets start 2016 on a happy, homely note -

Portia is no stranger to the Durban music scene. You may have seen her laying down some sweet vocals for Nje at, well, nearly every big music gig in Durban over the last year. And there's a reason for that. Portia really does have an amazing voice; one that is bound to bust some soul into your Sunday!
