Hi, I’m Annelize — founder of Annelize Döhne Fitness.
Fitness has been part of my life for as long as I can remember. I grew up with bodybuilding parents, which taught me early on that taking care of your body requires discipline, consistency, and respect for your health.
I competed as a fitness athlete for 10 years and earned my WBFF Pro Card in 2016. I’ve worked as a personal trainer and Pilates instructor, and through all of it, I learned something very important:
Most women don’t struggle because they’re lazy.
They struggle because they want results without fully changing the habits that keep them stuck.
And the truth is — if nothing changes, nothing changes.
My coaching is not about quick fixes or half measures.
It’s about teaching women how to commit to real change in a way that is structured, sustainable, and healthy.
No punishment.
But also — no excuses.
Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of helping hundreds of women around the world transform their bodies, mindset, and lifestyle by learning how to do fitness properly.
I believe in smart training, proper nutrition, consistency, and taking responsibility for your results.
