I've been involved in gymnastics for over 40 years and its one of my deepest passions as well as being mentored by international top coaches such as Kelli Hill(USA) , Mihai Brestyan(USA), Eva Szloboda(HUN) , Hardy Fink(CAN) , Desi Bogusheva(POR) and many more. I am Micayla Frost, I am a Protea gymnast, I've competed at various international competitions. My highest qualifications : FIG level 4 judge(African Brevet) and SAGF level 2 coach. I've been involved with gymnastics from the young age of 5, my calling is to help coach gymnasts to their full potential whilst including a joy for the sport.
