Okay so letโ€™s talk about energyโ€ฆ because I think we all know what it feels like to ๐˜ฏ๐˜ฐ๐˜ต have it ๐Ÿ˜…

One of the biggest things my clients say after class is how much more energised they feel โ€” and not in a wired, exhausted wayโ€ฆ but like a genuine, feel-good boost ๐Ÿ”ฅ

Thatโ€™s because rebounding gets your circulation going, your oxygen flowing, and your whole body working together โ€” without completely draining you.
