Okay so letโs talk about energyโฆ because I think we all know what it feels like to ๐ฏ๐ฐ๐ต have it ๐
One of the biggest things my clients say after class is how much more energised they feel โ and not in a wired, exhausted wayโฆ but like a genuine, feel-good boost ๐ฅ
Thatโs because rebounding gets your circulation going, your oxygen flowing, and your whole body working together โ without completely draining you.
So instead of leaving class feeling flatโฆ you actually leave feeling better than when you walked in ๐
