I am back from an incredible ten days in Namibia. Ten days of no cellphone signal meant missing my little family, but also meant getting genuine perspective on what's important. Relationships and community are number one. Health and the ability to DO is close number two. I celebrate what life has to offer and embrace the challenges that it brings. Politics was the least important thing out there in the desert. I know that's privilege, what's happening ten thousand miles away is not in your sphere of control. Happy day everyone.

I'm just letting everyone know that it's that time of the year and I will be putting my price up at the end of March. New pricing:
30 minutes = R350 (stays the same)
60 minutes = R600
90 minutes = R800

Yoga classes this month every Monday at 5pm and Wednesday at 8:15am. Full moon yin classes on 2 and 4 February. Please note that I will be away this Wednesday, so there is no 8:15am class this coming Wednesday.

I don't know about Gen Z / Gen Alpha being soft. I had a 13 year old come in for a massage today and ask me if I could push harder. And I don't give a soft massage.

Durban, what's going on? Three pregnancy massages in one day...
BTW I love massaging a heavily pregnant woman. No one is more deserving and grateful. They can't lie face down, so they lie on their side and I massage one side and then turn them over. It's so relieving for their hips and lower back.
