As we do not have to pay the huge “rent” as in the past, we are able to provide crafters a space at our market for ONLY R100. No imported goods, agents etc.

nd greatest!) news! GENERAL INFORMATION ABOUT OUR MARKET:
We are an established market, having been part of Durbanville for the past 34 years- after being “homeless” for a year, we have been offered the magical gardens of the Durbanville Presbyterian Church for our market every first Saturday of the month (excluding January) and a night market in December –thank you so much to the church! We are one of only two craft markets left run by crafters for crafters, with the added bonus, we can now expand our motto “ help us help them” to “we help them help others:) NO financial gain is involved in the running of the market, our organisers do NOT get paid for their work, the only financial gain is for the hard working crafters, only handmade items made from a home base and sold by the person responsible for the making thereof may to join us, with the exception of our charity stalls, who do not pay for their stalls. These fees are given to the church as a donation towards their fundraising for various outreaches i.e. abused woman and children, orphans etc. Because we live out the ideal of kindness and caring, our crafters are a very lovely close family, with the general energy of love and friendship, making our market a huge success in a beautiful magical setting. ensure that the goods sold are unique and hand made.
