5 of these 'time wasters' secretly sabotaged my career and personal growth...
1️⃣ Perfectionism,
2️⃣ Fear of failure,
3️⃣ Worrying about critics,
4️⃣ Trying to please everyone,
5️⃣ and Comparison...
I learnt over time the first step was identifying their root causes and finding ways to manage them.
Time is precious...⏰... 'Make the most of it' is my motto now...💕...

Feeding time!!!!
What was your breakfast like?
Sweet Potato Chips
2-3 Medium Sized Sweet Potatoes- feeds 1-4 people depending on your appetite
1. Peel & cut sweet potatoes into thin rings
2. Precook at medium heat in microwave for 3-4mins (you can steam them but dry them after)
3. Pour cooking oil into a pan and allow to heat
4. Season the precook sweet potatoes- I used cayenne pepper
5. Spread the sweet potato rings onto the pan one at a time
6. Allow to brown to your satisfaction
