- 𝑻𝒉𝒆 𝑷𝒂𝒓𝒕 𝑻𝒉𝒆𝒚 𝑵𝒆𝒗𝒆𝒓 𝑺𝒆𝒆.

Everyone sees the fight. Very few see what it took to get there.

They do not see the early mornings, the empty gyms, the miles run in silence or the rounds completed when the body was begging to stop. They do not see the sacrifices, the self-doubt or the days when discipline had to speak louder than motivation.

Fight night is only the performance. The real work happens long before the lights come on, in the part of boxing they never see.

1-0-0 🏆

These past 4 weeks I have felt the definition of blood, sweat and tears but I pushed through because I was hungry for the victory 🥊

In 4 weeks I did a total 114,7KM of roadwork and 3-4 hours daily training for 6 days a week to lose 12,5KG. I thank the Lord for giving me the strength to do so 🙏 I have a new level of respect for Athletes doing a weight-cut 👏

Thank you to my coach Anton Nel for pushing me, telling me I’m going to hate you during training but love you once my hand gets lifted for the win and for constantly reminding me of how much I need to want it!

Thank you to Neville Nel for sharpening and hyping me up for the fight 💪

Thank you Champ Bonita Van Jaarsveldt for the sparring sessions and all the advice 🥊

Thank you to Colleen Francisco McAusland from McAusland Boxing Management for the great opportunity and for making my career possible 🙏

Thank you to my family, friends and supporters for all the support, cheering and prayers, I couldn’t do it without you ♥️

This is just the beginning so watch the space 🥊‼️
