When the same schools, tournaments and regions receive most of the attention, visibility can start to look like ability. It is not.
Talented athletes exist in small towns, developing clubs and schools with fewer resources. Recognition should be earned through performance, not inherited through reputation.
The exposure gap is real. So is the talent waiting on the other side of it.
