The Annual KOSA Nationals is taking place in George and we can’t wait to see all the familiar faces and meet the new kickboxers joining us this year.

We know petrol prices make it a big decision whether to go or not. Travel is tough on the pocket right now. But let’s all try to be there and show what we’re made of.

Nationals is more than fights – it’s where we test ourselves, support each other, and represent our clubs, provinces, and families with pride. Whether you’re an old hand or stepping on the mats for the first time, your presence makes our sport stronger.
