With last weekends 2 day racing @ Taipa Speedway brings an end to Zareas time in the youth Ministock class. Taipa is such a special place, hopefully we can continue to make this our end of season meeting no matter what class we are racing in the future 😀.

In just Zareas 3rd season in the hot seat, it started with great promise and some awesome results, then fell away a bit. But she came back with some of her best results ever ( 3rd's, 4th's and consistent top 10's ) .Then after the car suffered some damage ( and maybe the drivers confidence knocked a bit ) we were left chasing that speed we had earlier in the season, for the last few weeks of the season.
It has been a massive learning curve for Zarea, pushed her personal boundaries, opened opportunities and traveled the north island meeting and making new friends. Memories that will last a life time!

Our speedway journey is not over yet, we will do the off season work on the car and look at running in the adult Ministock class for next season, so we can continue our learnings.

Thanks to our friends that have always helped us along the way, John van Vroonhoven , Alastair Buckton, Girls In Ministocks 10v and all our other mates at the tracks.

Special thanks to Blake's Speedway for getting the ministock class into the limelight and bringing our kids out of their shells with the interviews!
