โข We'll have a later, special class on the public holiday (Tues 16 June).
โข Our Monday 7:30 am will be rotated among teachers, including Eury, Kristi and Catherine Harper Tee. Please keep an eye on the WA poll โ these will remain strong, dynamic classes.

โข Tomorrowโs Friday morning class will be with Catherine. As itโs a public holiday, weโll enjoy a longer class from 8:30โ10:00. (The poll is already up.)
โข A bigger shift: Catherine will be moving from Monday 7:30 to Friday 7:30 going forward.
โข For this month, Monday 7:30 will be held by Dylan and Kristi, alternating between Ashtanga and Vinyasa Flow depending on whoโs teaching. Please keep an eye on the poll โ these will remain strong, dynamic classes.
โข Evaโs Pilates has moved earlier on Thursdays to 9:45.
โข Daลกa will begin Somatic Dance on Fridays at 9:00 from 15 May until end-June (ish).
โข We have a workshop with Sabrina coming up โ more details to follow!
โข And a small change for our monthly dance session: this month it will take place on a Saturday. Please diarise the date โ weโll be dancing to a speaker + playlist (Scotty is away), with a Radical Remixes vibe. Iโll share a sneak peek soon. ๐

After such a lovely session last month, we'll be offering this again.
Yin yoga offers an opportunity to attune to โ and tend to โ the bodyโs feedback, with plenty of time to rest and nest.
Weโll hold shapes for longer than usual, using props and support to find the most appropriate expression for your body, and soften toward a sense of ease.
Weโll close with a short meditation โ an invitation to get comfortable, choose a point of focus and simply sit quietly together.

Hi everyone
Here is our April schedule at the studio.
A few notes for the month ahead:
โข Morning classes on public holidays will have a slightly later start time (08:30).
โข The Seniors/Recovery class is now officially 90 minutes.
โข Catherineโs Friday Vinyasa/Budokon-inspired class will now start at 10:00 rather than 10:30 โ weโll be trialling this new time for April.
โข Kimโs sound sessions will be announced spontaneously.
