6 months ago we started our sessions lasting 25-30 min, now you crushing 45min to hour sessions 🥲.
Showing a ton of heart and relentless perseverance, the scoreboard shows this‼️ losing 10kg from then to now shows how just showing up to training and applying that 45 min intensity, brings us that much closer to our goals! Gang gang proud Ntwana👊🏽
