Duties:
Maintain updated knowledge of all company products and services in order to provide adequate education to customers
Provide information and instructions about relevant products and services
Make product and service suggestions to meet the customer’s specific needs
Field incoming phone calls and respond to phone messages from customers
Promptly respond to customer questions submitted via email or our website

We are currently seeking for Customer Service Representatives. The Customer Service Representatives will work in a sales environment and interact with customers to answer general inquiries. School leavers & matriculates wanted to start working as Cashiers .No related experience as free training will be provided to those without experience.Basic salary R5000 plus benefits.Duties include Resolving clients complaints .
All candidates should posses strong communication skills and the ability to work well within the team.Must be willing to start working immediately.Must be fluent especially in English and any other local language.
