Not all glute exercises hit the same 👀🍑
If you want to actually grow your glutes, you need to understand this:
👉 Different movements target different parts of the glutes
✨ Upper glutes – think movements that involve abduction & slight hip extension
✨ Lower glutes – more hip hinge focused movements
✨ Overall glute growth – heavy compounds + full range of motion
Stop doing random workouts and hoping for the best…
Start training with intention 🎯
Every exercise you choose should have a purpose. That’s how you build shape, not just burn calories.
Train smart. Stay consistent. Results will follow 💥
Things I’d NEVER do as a coach trying to lose fat 👇🚫
There’s so much bad advice out there… and honestly, it’s the reason so many people feel stuck 😩
So here’s what I personally would never do:
❌ Skip meals
This just leads to extreme hunger later… and usually overeating. Your body needs fuel 🔋
❌ Only do cardio
Cardio burns calories, yes — but it won’t shape your body.
Weights = muscle = that “toned” look 💪
❌ Cut carbs completely
Carbs are NOT the enemy 🙅♀️
They give you energy to train, recover, and actually perform.
Fat loss isn’t about doing the most extreme thing… it’s about doing the right things consistently 🔥
Once you understand that, everything changes.
