Continuous education to create influx and flexibility through merit based appointments with High-end officiating to create fit and high quality teams.

Zero tolerance for bias, favouritism and nepotism.
Investigating all complaints.
Recommend disciplinary action for suspect judging.
Mentor young referees.
Develop succession planning.
