Well done on your performance in last week’s HYROX challenge — what an incredible effort, showing serious strength, endurance, and determination throughout!
Bella received shoulder strapping using kinesiology tape to help support the joint and surrounding muscles through the intensity of the workout, providing added stability where it was needed most.
Bianca’s knee was strapped to help deload the joint, supporting the surrounding muscles and tendons while assisting with the natural function of the knee during the challenge.
We love seeing clients push their limits while also prioritising smart support and recovery strategies along the way. Well done again, ladies! 💛

June is Men’s Mental Health Awareness Month 💙
In the middle of busy schedules, pressure to stay strong, and the demands of everyday life, it’s easy to forget that looking after your mind is just as important as looking after your body. Strength isn’t about carrying everything alone — it’s about knowing when to pause, breathe, and reach out.
Mental health is personal, and it shows up in different ways for everyone. Sometimes it’s talking things through, sometimes it’s rest, and sometimes it’s simply admitting that today feels heavy.
Just as we care for the body through rest and recovery, the mind also needs care, attention, and compassion to stay balanced.
To the men in our lives — fathers, partners, brothers, friends, and sons — your well-being matters. This month is a reminder to check in, speak up, and support one another 💙
