This type of workout allows me to bring everything all together , to mix up the tempo, to challenge my endurance levels, consciously elevating and controlling the lowering of my own heart rate. I Incorporate apparatus, and really go for that fully body workout regardless of what the area im bringing into focus. It’s fun, it’s challenging and it gets my blood pumping. I love moving and i love being able to mix things up.
