Day 18 - Mobility & Control
I have gone into detail here on the hamstring stretch so you can get the most out of it. Stretching ain't for sissies and when done right you can even feel stiff the next day.
Take your time with the strength exercise as it is challenging the core in a big way while moving your leg. If you find it is too much for you, remove the leg extension and keep the marching going.

About me :)
For those who don’t know me, my name is Charni, I have a passion for movement and working with people to improve their bodies. Whether it be to get their bodies functioning optimally and/or take it further and increase fitness.
My passion started when I began my career as an archery coach working with archers to get the correct positional form to shoot a bow. During this time I came to the realisation that most people have imbalances restricting them in the simplest of ways. This is when I decided to look at an alternative form of movement, Pilates, to assist and supplement the archers I worked with.
I did my first comprehensive pilates course via BASI Pilates in 2015 where I learnt how to teach people on the mat and equipment. During the course I found I was drawn in by the detail one needs to move the body correctly and efficiently. I did not stop there. I decided to take on another pilates course via Body Control Pilates focusing on just mat work in 2017.
My passion keeps growing every day, helping people to improve their musculature balance, symmetry in their bodies and flow in their movements, and to take this into their everyday lives for a healthier happy body.
