Working with these kids is such a great experience

We get to watch the shy ones come out of their shells and grow their confidence. We get to see the spark in their eyes when they get the moves right. We get to see their smiles when they step onto the mats. We get to see the friendships forming and most importantly we get to watch them grow up and become not just Champions on the mats but Champions in their everyday lives

This job is truly a Blessing

We want every child to feel confident in who they are and prepared to face whatever life brings their way whether that’s tackling a test at school, trying out for the school sports team, standing up to a bully, stepping into their first competition or simply finding the courage to come out of their shell and make new friends.

We have a positive, supportive, safe and fun environment where children can challenge themselves, learn new skills, build meaningful friendships and discover just how capable they really are at achieving goals they set their minds to.

It is officially Women's month and we would love to just take some time to appreciate all the wonderfully marvelous females from the little girls with big dreams to the women who do the impossible even when it doesn't feel like it...

We have come across so many talented, kind and special women in our journey so far... Unfortunately we won't be able mention everyone in this post or who we have passed by but that's doesn't change how spectacular you are

You are More than Enough, You are Loved, You are Cared for, You are Capable, You are Strong, You are Unstoppable, You are More than You Know

Father's Day Kid's class

For Father's Day our Little Champions got to be the Coaches and train their Dad's in both MMA and Jiu-Jitsu. 👑🥊🥋

It was an amazing bonding experience for the kids and the dad's

We are Blessed to train such awesome kids and we thank the parents for raising them that way.

Dad's you are so strong, smart, awesome, caring , protective & You are doing a Great Job ♥️
