THE RIVER IS WAITING ...

There has been lots of work this week clearing the river and getting the Paarl to Skooltjie section ready for the start of the river season. Along with that comes the start of Berg Fever, the Berg Series and loads of fun in flowing water again – and not forgetting, every entry into Saturday's race is worth an entry into the lucky draw for that new Salt Kayak.

So a big thank you to the dedicated paddlers who hacked away the trees between Paarl and Skooltjie so you could have a safer and way more pleasant paddle.
