Yesterday was one of those tough gym days.
I couldn’t finish my workout, and I’m still not entirely sure why.
What I do know is I forgot to take my meds the night before… and I felt it. I really did.
But even with that setback, I showed up.
And today? I’m going back again.
Because that’s what it’s about, not being perfect, but being consistent.

The past few weeks have been interesting, with many potential clients reaching out about losing weight and asking for free information. But there’s one thing I, as an ambassador, and the others as coaches, want you to understand:
1. Information alone isn’t enough. You can have all the knowledge in the world, but without action, nothing will change.
2. Stop complaining about costs. Yes, personal trainers and gyms can be expensive, but when you compare it to the cost of medical bills down the line, it's an investment in your health. You can create the space and time for yourself, but without action, nothing will happen.
3. Moms, this one’s for you. Many of you want to lose weight, but too often, I hear excuses as to why it’s not possible. Hiding behind those excuses won’t get you anywhere. It’s time to face the truth and take action.
4. Health conditions. I understand that some of you, including myself, may have health issues that make exercising challenging. But there are always ways to work around them. Don’t let it stop you from reaching your goals.
The only way to reach your weight loss goals and dreams is through commitment. Commit to yourself and work towards your goals. Trainers are flexible and will work around your schedule and needs to provide the best support on your journey. Don’t give up on your dreams. Don’t settle for thinking "I’m just stuck like this" because, in my honest opinion, that's you giving up on yourself. It’s not your genes or your fate – it’s you who has the power to change your situation.
Start now. Take action. Your journey begins with you.
