The players might be on holiday, but that doesn't mean that the grind stops!

Fun in the sun on Saturday morning, working on our footwork before contact, getting the defender off balance to create the soft shoulder, and ending with some chaos playing with a ball in hand.

A massive thank you to our friends at Roosevelt High School for accommodating us on their fields while Hoërskool Linden are busy revamping theirs!

Getting some skills and speed work done. Joburg was showing off again which made for some awesome photos!

While the weather in JHB hasn't been ideal for rugby over the past few days, that hasn't deterred our players at Linden from putting in the work in the sports centre to keep improving. Proud of the effort! 🦾
