Some people are carrying responsibility they never talk about.
Some are building careers while questioning their direction.

Some are early in life and already feeling the weight of expectation.
Some look strong, capable, and successful but feel stuck, overwhelmed, or quietly lost.
Some have big goals and know they don’t have to do it alone.

Not everyone who is struggling looks like they’re struggling.

I work with people who are functioning well on the outside but struggling internally. People who are still showing up, still performing, still trying to move forward but know something needs to change.

Theodore Roosevelt put it into words better than anyone:

“It is not the critic who counts; not the man who points out how the strong man stumbles, or where the doer of deeds could have done them better.

The credit belongs to the man/woman who is actually in the arena, whose face is marred by dust and sweat and blood; who strives valiantly; who errs, who comes short again and again, because there is no effort without error and shortcoming"

𝗜𝘀 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗹𝗱 𝗯𝗲𝘁𝘁𝗲𝗿 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗺𝗲 𝗵𝗮𝘃𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗯𝗲𝗲𝗻 𝗶𝗻 𝗶𝘁?

That is a leadership question.

Leadership is not about trying to shape the world around us to suit our needs.

It starts with the harder work of changing ourselves to better serve the world we live in.

Accepting that we are flawed.
That perfection is unattainable.
And that progress requires constant self-examination, adaptation, and responsibility.

If you are serious about your role, your craft, or your influence, there is an obligation that comes with it.

To evolve.
To be useful.
To be part of the solution rather than the problem.
