Introducing our ComradesMarathon runners!

These brave runners will be taking on the Up Run this year. While we celebrate all distances at MAC, these inspirational runners certainly deserve our respect - 85-odd kilometers is no small feat!

the Comrades Marathon has a rich history and carries great meaning for many runners, and we would like to recognize the team that is going out to become a part of South African running history on the 14th of June.

Let's give a round of applause to these exceptional athletes!

MEDAL MONDAY

It has been a perfect weekend for running - the weather was beautiful, we were sharing the road with some of the most legendary runners in history, and our athletes have achieved some amazing milestones: from first marathons to comebacks after a setback! Congratulations, MACcers, you are awesome!

This Tuesday, we had the privilege of having the legend Riel Hugo, with 38 Two Oceans Ultra and 40 Comrades finishes to his name, deliver an inspiring speech to our runners at our monthly braai!

This is not just a trip for us… it is a dream we’ve been quietly working towards for a long time.

I am a mom trying to give my two children a chance they have truly earned through discipline, sacrifice and hard work 🥊🏃‍♂️
Joshua and Moya have been given an incredible opportunity to compete internationally at the WAKO Kickboxing WORLD CHAMPIONSHIPS in Jesolo, Italy.

For them, this is more than sport — it is growth, confidence, and a chance to stand on a bigger stage and represent South Africa.

Right now, we are trying to make this possible by raising funds for flights, accommodation, visas and competition costs.

MEDAL MONDAY

Our athletes braved some very tough weather conditions this weekend - these medals were hard-earned! Congratulations, you make us proud.

Time Trial, monthly braai and adidas activation!

Our runners were able to test out some fantastic shoes, our raffle winner received his prize from Adidas (everyone is jealous!), and we ended off with a lovely braai as always.
