This week at Rugga Skills Rugby Academy, our focus is on one of our biggest non-negotiables: passing off BOTH sides.

Every session starts left before right because complete rugby players must be confident and capable on both sides of the body. From a young age, our players are taught to develop balance, coordination, decision-making, and confidence through repetition on both sides.
