INTRODUCTION
Fofa football club was established by FOFA SPORTS MANAGEMENT’ a football player agency in the Republic of South Africa by the founder/owner Mr. Ebenezer-Liedson Olaga Sebbinson and his chief Intermediary Mr. Vusumzi Baartman for the specific purpose of developing a highly competitive youth soccer program in Johannesburg the Gauteng Province of South Africa.
One of the main goals of creating the Football club is to develop talents who was scouted by the agency through its football tournaments and scouting programs and also to organize friendly matches against the notable clubs in the country for players under the agency who are in search of a new club to join.
This club is committed to developing players to their maximum potential and helps prepare and educate them on how to behave on and off the pitch.
CLUB PHILOSOPHY
The club will develop individual players in the four pillars of the game
1. Technical: A player’s individual technique on the ball and how it is applied to the demands of the game will be our focus.
2. Tactical: Each player will be evaluated on how they carry out their individual and team tactics during a game. More specifically how they adapt and adjust to the demands of the game.
3. Physical: Each player will be evaluated by his or her speed/agility, strength/power, recovery, and overall game fitness.
4. Psychological: Each player will be observed on his or her soccer attitude on and off the field. i.e., preparation, motivation, emotions, and wiliness to play and try different positions.
Fofa Football Club is looking for players that possess a combination of these components and more importantly how they apply these components to the demands of the game.
