The emphasis in the team is on technical training of the players more than tactical acumen..the training is based more on the passing ability of the players(short,medium and long passes), close ball control(first touch) kids being comfortable on the ball at their feet..this is the foundation and base of the development of all my players ..from 13-15 years we then mix technical v tactical (structured way of playing)..10-12..lots of ball mastery,dribbling and passing as well as shooting..lots of work but worth while.m

This can be a full career if you are willing to do the following:
1.Accept football politics and its challenges and take them as a cornerstone to achieving greatness.
2.Sacrifice some of the social activities you like doing as an aspiring footballer(late nights,alcohol abuse,smoking and drug abuse).
3.Accept that football is a short career needs academic support on the side to have something to fall back on.
4.invest in your football through regular extra individual training sessions.
5.invest in attending team training sessions regularly.
6.Put aside pride and listen to your coaches as well as your parents.
7.Invest in football knowledge by watching football matches either live or on TV to expand your football knowledge.
8.Be committed to your football journey and have faith and belief that success will come..
