Whether you’re a complete beginner who’s never run a kilometre, a casual runner, or you’re already training for your next 10K, half marathon or marathon — there’s a place for you here.

Miles & Mocha isn’t about who is the fastest.

It’s not about who has the best body.

It’s not about comparing your pace, your distance, your clothes, or your progress to the woman next to you.

It’s about putting one foot in front of the other, together.🏃‍♀️

No pressure.
No judgement.
No competition.

Just women supporting women.🤍

Come as you are. Run at your pace. Walk when you need to. Laugh when you feel like it. Meet someone new. Make friends. And most importantly — ENJOY YOURSELF.

Because sometimes you don’t need another person telling you to run harder.

Sometimes you just need a group of women saying:

“Come on, let’s go. We’ve got you.”🫶🏼

And when the miles are done?

Every Miles & Mocha route ends at a coffee shop. ☕🥐🤎
