As the Cass League draws to a close, we as Leicester City U9 management and coaching staff are incredibly proud of what both our Under 9 teams have achieved this season. 💙❤️⚽️

There have been so many highlights — from our Maroon Team being crowned Savages U9 Champions, our Blue Team reaching the semi-finals, travelling to Durban for tournaments, and most recently, being crowned Cass Knock Out Champions! 🏆🔥

But behind every achievement has been an incredible group of parents.

To our Leicester City parents — THANK YOU! 🙏
Thank you for every early morning, every trip, every training session, every game, every tournament and every hour spent on the sidelines cheering the boys on.

Your commitment, encouragement and sacrifices throughout the season have not gone unnoticed. You have supported the boys through the wins, the tough games and everything in between.
Most importantly, you have helped create a club environment where our boys can grow, develop and enjoy their football.

To our players — you have made us extremely proud. This season has been about more than results; it has been about growth, teamwork, confidence and creating memories.

The Cass League may be coming to an end, but our journey is only beginning. We can only grow and develop further from here.

💙❤️ Two Teams. One Family. One Journey.
Thank you, Leicester City U9 family! ⚽️🔥🏆

⚽💙💛 A SPECIAL INITIATIVE FOR OUR COMMUNITY! 💛💙⚽

Dear Community,
We are excited to share an initiative that is about much more than football. Leicester City Juniors FC is hosting a 7-A-Side Outdoor Fundraising Football Tournament on Saturday, 3 October 2026 at Woodlands Grounds — better known to many of us as the Hockey Grounds.

This is an opportunity for us as a community to come together, support our youth and create opportunities. 🙌🏽

⚽ For our youth:
Our young footballers will have an opportunity to showcase their talent, compete, build confidence, make new friends and enjoy the beautiful game. Who knows — we may be watching the beginning of the journey of our next professional football star! 🌟

🏟️ A venue with a proud football heritage:
Woodlands Grounds holds a special place in our community. The grounds have played a role in the development of footballers who went on to achieve professional careers. Many football journeys began right here on the grounds we know as the Hockey Grounds. We want to continue that legacy by giving today's young players the opportunity to dream, develop and believe. 💙⚽

🛍️ An opportunity for local stall vendors:
The day will also provide local entrepreneurs and stall vendors with an opportunity to showcase their products and generate an income while being part of a great community event.

👨‍👩‍👧‍👦 A day for the whole family:
Football, food, stalls, music, entertainment, a jumping castle and plenty of family fun!

Most importantly, this initiative is about uplifting our community, investing in our children and creating positive opportunities for everyone.

🙏🏽 We appeal to our community to support this initiative. Bring your family, support the young players, support our local vendors and help us make this a memorable day.
