. I decided to start Eazi-Admin, because most small businesses can’t afford to hire a full time administrator. They need someone to help them with their admin so they can focus on getting the actual work done. Think of me as your “Virtual Assistant” and keep your employee costs down by hiring me to do your Admin, paying only for the time you need. SERVICES OFFERED:

Bookkeeping:
I will set up your business on the SAGE ONE ONLINE ACCOUNTING software (Pastel). I’ll be able to access your bank statements electronically and once a month I can capture your payments and receipts. Your accountant will also be able to access your information to submit your VAT or do your Tax Income. Invoicing and Quotes:
I can do all your quotes and invoices. If you don’t have an invoice template I can design one for you. If you work in the trade and use job cards, I can collect these once a week and invoice all your customers. I can also send statements to customers and follow up on payments. Data Capture / Typing:
I can help with any data capturing or if you need any documents typed. General Administrative tasks:
I’m available to do any admin work you require. From helping you file paperwork, to helping you register employees for UIF. RATES:

Bookkeeping - R 1 500 (per month)
(Client will need to register for SAGE ONE ACCOUNTING software at R165 per month or R1782 per year)

Administration - R 1 500 (per month)
(Invoicing, quotes, monthly statements, following up customer payments, filing hard copies)

Bookkeeping & Administration - R 2 500 (per month)
(Done on SAGE ONE ACCOUNTING)

Hourly Rate - R 150
(For any ad hoc work, not included above)
