About Time Solutions is assisting a well-established and reputable Wealth Management Organization in recruiting an Offshore Wealth & Investment Administrator to join their team for a 4 month fixed-term contract with the potential to go permanent should the opportunity arise.
This position is responsible for offshore transactions, settlements and compliance, including accurate reconciliations of activities related to the smooth running of the offshore area, and all tasks related thereto.
Key Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
-Currency buys
-Conversion of redemption proceeds
-Settlements captured on inhouse systems
-Broker changes
-New applications
-Back-up for dealing, as needed
-Financial year-end audit preparation
-Preparation of daily portfolio compliance reports
-Queries with regards to offshore
-Quarter End : Reconciliations,
-Investigations and corrections of errors
Successful Candidates must possess the following:
-Experience in same or similar role (minimum of 1-2 years)
-Relevant tertiary qualification preferred: B Com (Accounting), bookkeeping diploma or similar
-Computer literacy is a necessity: including MS Excel (advanced)
-Experience in investment administration a must
-Experience in particular offshore exposure
-Accurate and deadline oriented

This position is responsible for providing administrative support to a small team of Financial Advisors and will include daily face-to-face contact with clients, beneficiaries and 3rd party providers.
Key Requirements for Successful Candidates include:
-previous experience in a similar function (min 2-5 years)
-Grade 12 (accounting preferred)
fully computer literate
-Ability to work independently and as part of a team
-strong attention to detail
-excellent customer service track record
-problem solving skills
-top-notch organizational skills
-high levels of initiative
