Rally bus update... busy week
Gearbox replaced...we lost 3rd and 4th in the 2nd last stage on the rally..
Fox shox removed..broke a left front on the 4th stage of the rally. Bilsteins fitted rear, monroe front. While the fox shox get repaired
Ball joints and rack ends replaced.
New 8 puck clutch plate fitted..
Almost ready for the rally sprint on 5 oct...

We had a great rally on Sat in Bronhorstspruit...
3rd in class B
We broke a left front Fox Shok in the 4th stage.. so ww did the rest of the rally with it broken..
We has a great run until the 2nd last stage.. withabout 2 5km to go we pass the car infront of us... and 10 secs after the pass we broken a left front rack end.. this cost us about 25mins to fix...
We also lost 3 and 4th gears...
So we did the last stage in 2nd gear mostly.. lost about 4 mins in that stage..

Fitted a set of Fox Shox V1.0

Also did a check up and basic service as well as wheel alignment.

Still need to sort the exhaust and auxillary charging circuit.. we run off cell phone tracking.

We did our first rally for year on Sat in Bronkhorstspruit.. it went well.
Only broke a left front shock on the rough roads we had to negotiate..

I did some testing on sat..

We are entering the Tour de Bronx rally on Sat 17 Aug in Bronkhorstspruit.

Bus went well.. i was a bit rusty but got better as i did more laps.

We have sorted the wiring.. fitted 2x new fuel pumps, done wheel alignment, set the timing, bled the brakes and fitted a new battery..
