Client Care Coordinator / Receptionist
📍 Kiddies Aqua – Rietfontein

Kiddies Aqua (Rietfontein Branch) is looking for a friendly, organised, and professional Client Care Coordinator / Receptionist to become part of our growing team. This role is the first point of contact for our clients and plays a key role in ensuring excellent service and smooth daily operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcoming parents and swimmers with a warm, professional attitude
• Handling client enquiries via WhatsApp, email, phone, and in person
• Managing bookings, schedules, and general admin support
• Assisting with invoicing queries and basic client account communication
• Supporting management and instructors with day-to-day coordination
• Maintaining a calm, respectful, and service-driven front desk environment

Requirements:

• Strong communication and people skills
• Well organised with good attention to detail
• Comfortable using WhatsApp, email, and basic computer systems
• Able to work well under pressure in a busy environment
• Previous reception, admin, or client service experience will be an advantage
• A love for working with families and children is a bonus 🐋🫧
