A special congratulations to Bernard! πͺπ
Bernard has successfully completed his rehabilitation after fracturing his ankle during a rugby game. π
It wasn't always an easy road. During the early stages of rehabilitation, Bernard had to work hard on regaining stability, while the later stages brought a different challenge β rebuilding his confidence and trust in his ankle.
But Bernard, you pushed through every challenge, trusted the process, and made it to the other side! πͺπ₯
We are incredibly proud of your determination and commitment throughout your rehabilitation journey.
Well done, Bernard β you made it! ππ

Mikeβ¦ the guy who made us do all our work twice! π
ππͺ
In December 2025, Michael underwent shoulder surgery after fracturing his scapula and tearing the labrum in his shoulder.
Just one month later, in January 2026, he began his rehabilitation journey. After months of hard work and pushing through the toughest phases of rehab, he was only three weeks away from completing the programme... when he had an unfortunate fall that required the entire surgery and rehabilitation process to start all over again.
Many people would have been discouraged, but not Michael. He took the setback on the chin, trusted the process once again, and came back stronger than ever.
Your resilience, determination, and positive attitude have been nothing short of inspiring. We couldn't be prouder of everything you've achieved.
Michael, we wish you nothing but success as you get back to doing what you love. All the best with your CrossFit journey! ποΈββοΈπ₯

Meet Oom Gawie! πͺ
At 70 years young, Oom Gawie is living life to the fullest β and he's not planning on slowing down anytime soon! π
After developing low back pain, Oom Gawie visited his doctor and was sent for X-rays. The scans revealed a retrolisthesis (a slipped vertebra), and he was referred for rehabilitation in the hope of avoiding surgery.
Interestingly, research shows that many people over the age of 60 have an anterolisthesis or retrolisthesis without ever experiencing symptoms. During Oom Gawie's physical assessment, we identified that his pain was more consistent with piriformis syndrome, which carries a much more favourable prognosis.
Following a personalised rehabilitation programme, we're delighted to report that Oom Gawie has been completely pain-free for the past two weeks and has successfully completed his rehabilitation! π
To help keep him moving well, he received a personalised maintenance programme to follow over the next four weeks, along with the education and tools to take care of his back for the next 50 years. π
Oom Gawie, your commitment to the process has been inspiring. We are just as happy as you are to see you back to living life without pain. Keep enjoying every moment! ππ

A massive congratulations to Henco on successfully completing his shoulder rehabilitation following a fractured clavicle! πͺπ
Henco showed great commitment throughout the rehabilitation process, and all the hard work has paid off with a successful return to full function.
When asked about his journey, his immediate response was:
"I hated the pike push-ups, and Iβm glad I donβt have to do them again!" π€£
As much as some exercises are not always favourites, they often play an important role in getting athletes back to doing what they love.
Well done, Henco β congratulations on your successful rehabilitation! Enjoy having your shoulder back to full strength, bul! π

The one with the red hair! π₯π
Hans, you've proven that determination can help you defy the odds! πͺ
Eight weeks ago, Hans fractured his wrist and was told he would most likely miss the U14 final. After careful assessment, we decided to begin his rehabilitation while he was still wearing his brace, just four weeks after the injury.
Today, we're thrilled to report that Hans has regained full movement in his wrist, and follow-up assessments confirmed that the fracture has healed completely. What an incredible result! π
Hans, thank you for your commitment, positive attitude, and the energy you brought to every session. We absolutely enjoyed your personality throughout your rehabilitation journey! π
Best of luck for your final β go out there and enjoy every moment! ππ

Wellβ¦ this doesn't happen very often! π€―π
HendrΓ© sustained the same ankle ligament injury as Leonard on the very same day. The only difference? HendrΓ© also fractured a bone in his foot, making his rehabilitation journey even more challenging.
Despite the setback, HendrΓ© never missed a single rehabilitation session β not even during the school holidays. His discipline, consistency, and commitment to the process made all the difference. πͺ
Today, we're proud to say that HendrΓ© has successfully completed his rehabilitation and is ready to take the field for the U14 final this coming Saturday! π
HendrΓ©, your hard work has truly paid off. We couldn't be prouder of your determination and perseverance.
Good luck for the final, and enjoy every moment! π

Just in time! πͺπ
Seven weeks ago, Leonard sustained a grade 3 sprain to one of the ligaments in his ankle. Unfortunately, this particular ligament is too small to be surgically repaired, making a structured rehabilitation programme the key to his recovery.
Over the past 6 weeks, Leonard consistently pushed his limits, trusted the rehabilitation process, and put in the hard work every step of the way. His dedication has paid off, and he's now ready to take to the field for the finals this coming Saturday! π₯
Leonard, your determination and resilience have been outstanding. We're incredibly proud of you and wish you all the best for the big game!
Go make the most of it, Leo! ππ

Amorey, you are one of a kind! ππͺ
Over the past 10 weeks, we've had the privilege of getting to know you, and what a joy it's been! Your personality kept us smiling throughout your rehabilitation journey.
But even more exciting is the progress you've made. After living with shin splints for 3 years, you came to us with discomfort affecting your entire shin. Through your commitment to the rehabilitation process, we were able to address the problem successfully, and today you're back doing what you love. π
In Amorey's own words:
*"I'm so thankful that I can play ringball without any problems now!"* π
Your determination and trust in the process have truly paid off. We couldn't be prouder of your achievement.
Well done, Amorey β keep enjoying your ringball! ππ

Kiara, you did an amazing job! ππͺ
A big congratulations to Kiara on successfully completing her rehabilitation following a grade 2 lateral ankle sprain. π
When asked about her rehab journey, Kiara had one very important message to share: although the overall experience was great, she **absolutely hated** the repeated hurdle jumps! π€£πββοΈ
As much as she didn't enjoy that part, she also understood why it was necessary. Those challenging exercises played an important role in restoring her ankle's strength, stability, and confidence to return to sport safely.
Your dedication and willingness to trust the process have paid off, Kiara. Now it's time to get back to doing what you love most β enjoying your netball and softball! ππ₯
Well done, Kiara! We're proud of you! π
