’n Spesiale woord van dankbaarheid van Nathan se familie. ❤️💪🏻

Rehab het aan die begin soos ’n berg voor ons gelê, maar vandag kan ons met groot dankbaarheid sê: ons het dit ’n hele week vroeër as beplan voltooi! 🙌🏻

Van die begin af was Hannes eerlik oor die pad wat voorlê. Dit was nie altyd maklik nie, maar met elke sessie het hy vir Nathan gedruk, gemotiveer en aangemoedig om aan te hou — selfs wanneer dit moeilik geraak het.

Met harde werk, vasbyt en die regte ondersteuning kan ons vandag uitstap met ’n volledige herstel én ’n duidelike plan vir wat volgende is. 💪🏻

Ons is ongelooflik dankbaar vir Hannes se kennis, ondersteuning en geloof in Nathan deur die hele proses. 🙏🏻

Een hoofstuk is nou afgesluit — nou begin die volgende een. 🏆

Dankie vir elke sessie, elke aanmoediging en elke stukkie hoop langs die pad.

Nathan, jy het gewys wat moontlik is wanneer jy aanhou, selfs wanneer die pad voor jou groot lyk. Ons is ongelooflik trots op jou! ❤️

Well done, Ruan! 💪🏉

Earlier this year, Ruan sustained a shoulder injury involving a fractured acromion process. After 4 weeks of rest, his shoulder seemed to be doing well — until he unfortunately reinjured it during a rugby game in August. 🏉

When Ruan came in for his evaluation, there was understandably some concern that he may have fractured it again. Luckily, the X-rays showed no new fracture, giving us the green light to start his rehabilitation. 🙌

His initial rehabilitation plan was 6 sessions, but through his hard work and determination, we managed to complete it in just 4 sessions! 🔥

Ruan, you pushed through even when everything in you was screaming, “STOP!” 😂💪

Your determination and willingness to keep going made all the difference.

Well done, Ruan! We’re incredibly proud of you, bul! 👏🔥

Now go enjoy that rugby! 🏉

Francois — the one who moaned A LOT! 😉🤣

A big congratulations to Francois on successfully completing his 4-session rehabilitation for the AC joint sprain he sustained! 💪🎉

Initially, we thought Francois’ shoulder wasn’t too badly injured… until he decided to play another rugby game and made things a little worse! 🏉😂

That’s when we knew it was time to get serious and start rehabilitation.

Four weeks later, after putting in the work (and doing plenty of moaning along the way 😉🤣), Francois was officially cleared and ready to get back to doing what he loves!

Well done, Francois! We’re proud of you — now geniet hom! 🏉💪🔥

Marizelle is a very active young athlete who absolutely loves her sport. Unfortunately, she sustained patellar tendinitis in her knee and had to spend 2 weeks on the sidelines. 🏃‍♀️

Over just 4 rehabilitation sessions, Marizelle put in the work and took on every challenge like a champ — especially those exercises she hated so much! 😂💪

Bernard has successfully completed his rehabilitation after fracturing his ankle during a rugby game. 👏

It wasn't always an easy road. During the early stages of rehabilitation, Bernard had to work hard on regaining stability, while the later stages brought a different challenge — rebuilding his confidence and trust in his ankle.

But Bernard, you pushed through every challenge, trusted the process, and made it to the other side! 💪🔥

Mike… the guy who made us do all our work twice! 😅🙈💪

In December 2025, Michael underwent shoulder surgery after fracturing his scapula and tearing the labrum in his shoulder.

Just one month later, in January 2026, he began his rehabilitation journey. After months of hard work and pushing through the toughest phases of rehab, he was only three weeks away from completing the programme... when he had an unfortunate fall that required the entire surgery and rehabilitation process to start all over again.

Many people would have been discouraged, but not Michael. He took the setback on the chin, trusted the process once again, and came back stronger than ever.

Your resilience, determination, and positive attitude have been nothing short of inspiring. We couldn't be prouder of everything you've achieved.

Michael, we wish you nothing but success as you get back to doing what you love. All the best with your CrossFit journey! 🏋️‍♂️🔥

Meet Oom Gawie! 💪

At 70 years young, Oom Gawie is living life to the fullest — and he's not planning on slowing down anytime soon! 👏

After developing low back pain, Oom Gawie visited his doctor and was sent for X-rays. The scans revealed a retrolisthesis (a slipped vertebra), and he was referred for rehabilitation in the hope of avoiding surgery.

Interestingly, research shows that many people over the age of 60 have an anterolisthesis or retrolisthesis without ever experiencing symptoms. During Oom Gawie's physical assessment, we identified that his pain was more consistent with piriformis syndrome, which carries a much more favourable prognosis.

Following a personalised rehabilitation programme, we're delighted to report that Oom Gawie has been completely pain-free for the past two weeks and has successfully completed his rehabilitation! 🎉

To help keep him moving well, he received a personalised maintenance programme to follow over the next four weeks, along with the education and tools to take care of his back for the next 50 years. 😜

Oom Gawie, your commitment to the process has been inspiring. We are just as happy as you are to see you back to living life without pain. Keep enjoying every moment! 👏💙
