Here is an upcoming midfielder Deng Abuk Malou who plays for Turalei 2nd team squad .

Deng started his football carrier in 2012 with SPLM United FC Turalei the club is now know as Junubi FC .He spent 6 years in the club and from there, The club joined South Sudan Cup 2018.

three years later he signed with El mariekh FC - in Twic mayardit..

His achievement

1. Champion with St Joseph primary during the inter school competitions 6 times 🏆🏆🏆🏆🏆🏆

2. Champion with St Augustine secondary school 3 times 🏆🏆🏆

3- 2025 he became a champion🏆 with El mariekh FC during the south Sudan cup .

4- Same year in kuajok he also won south Sudan cup🏆 before El mariekh FC went to Rumbek for South Sudan cup .

Sudan’s currency has plunged to a record low of 10,000 Sudanese pounds per US dollar on the parallel market, highlighting the deepening economic crisis driven by the country’s prolonged civil war.

The sharp depreciation, reported on Wednesday, October 21, adds to mounting economic pressures as millions of Sudanese face soaring living costs, widespread displacement and persistent shortages of essential commodities.

According to Reuters, the weakening currency has made imported goods increasingly expensive, further eroding household purchasing power and worsening the financial hardship facing families across the country.

Before the conflict erupted in April 2023, the US dollar traded at approximately 600 Sudanese pounds. The currency has since lost substantial value, falling to around 8,000 pounds per dollar last month before reaching the 10,000-pound mark this week.

The parallel-market rate stands significantly above the official exchange rate, reported at approximately 4,200 pounds per dollar, reflecting the growing gap between official currency valuations and market realities.

Currency traders attributed the latest decline to increased demand for foreign currency, particularly US dollars used to finance imports.

Meanwhile, the government has raised the customs exchange rate used to calculate import duties to more than 5,600 pounds per dollar, adding further pressure on importers and businesses reliant on foreign goods.

Sudan’s economic crisis has intensified since fighting broke out between the Sudanese Armed Forces (SAF) and the paramilitary Rapid Support Forces (RSF) in April 2023.

Cultural Celebration Shines In Wunrok As Pan-Malual Mayom Family Parade Magnificent Steer Bulls For Son's Wedding.

Wunrok Town, South Sudan __A spectacular display of rich Jieng culture illuminated Wunrok Town as the Pan-Malual Mayom family from Pawach clan of the Adiang Mayomdit community, alongside a vibrant procession of relatives and friends arrived to showcase Magnificent Steer Bulls for the traditional marriage of their son Mr. Bol Malual Deng Mayom to Ms. Aluel Geng Deng Makuoch.

The skies over Wunrok payam were dominated by the waving Matem-rol flag of the Jubaar subsection community within the larger Adiang Mayomdit community which proudly led a long, orderly line of parading livestock. Following deep-rooted Dinka matrimonial customs, two majestic white bulls resembling twins were intentionally left behind the main parade line,a symbolic ritual central to the traditional marriage customs of the area.

Following the public exhibition in Wunrok Town, the groom's joyous family and the entire procession departed Wunrok payam. The convoy is heading directly towards Pan-liet Awan Mou in Gogrial West, Warrap State, the ancestral and residential hometown of the bride's family where final cultural ceremonies and the formal presentation of the dowry are scheduled to take place.
