The team hit the ground running this January, ensuring our program starts strong and safe!

📍 Site Visit Highlights
On 24 January 2025, we visited our newly onboarded schools to meet the passionate educators and students joining the program this year. From insightful discussions to walking the grounds where future champions will train, it was inspiring to see the excitement and energy for what’s to come!

🩹 First Aid Level 1 Training
Safety first! Over the weekend of 25–27 January 2025, teachers from the newly joined schools gathered at Cookhouse Secondary School for comprehensive first aid training. Led by skilled facilitators, the session equipped them with vital skills to ensure a safe environment for all our athletes, both on and off the field.

With preparation like this, 2025 is already shaping up to be an incredible year. Together, we’re creating a foundation for growth, safety, and excellence in school sports!

As we step into a new year, we’re excited to continue transforming sports across South Africa! This year marks the launch of our highly anticipated soccer, netball, and rugby league structures—bringing even more opportunities for young athletes to shine.

We’re kicking off with First-Aid Training for the 4 new schools joining the programme, ensuring they’re equipped to prioritize player safety. Next up, the delivery of our Athletics Guidebook will empower schools to coach athletics and host their own events this season.

With intra-school games just around the corner, schools will begin identifying their top talent for the upcoming inter-school leagues and competitions. It’s going to be an exciting year of growth, participation, and excellence!
