If you are in the South... lets stop saying it is Samhain! it is Beltane! my favourite festival!! yes I will pretend play Halloween but at home flowers and ribbons are out!
Traditionally, Beltane celebrated the approach of summer and the promise of a fertile year ahead—particularly significant for agricultural communities before industrialisation. This season was embraced with rituals to promote a bountiful harvest, a sense of protection, and intentions of abundance.
