SA Champs 2025 | Tournament Recap 🏏

What a memorable tournament it was at SA Champs 2025, filled with rain, great spirit, unforgettable memories and some seriously good cricket.

The boys played exceptional cricket and gave absolutely everything on the field.
We won all three of our pool games convincingly, with everyone stepping up and contributing when it mattered.

One of the highlights we are extremely proud of was our quarter-final victory against the two-time World Champions in a tough, hard-fought match, a massive achievement for the team.

We unfortunately went down narrowly to Rebels in a very competitive semi-final, but the fight and character shown by the boys was something special.

The team can proudly say we finished 3rd at SA Champs 2025, and to top it off… we also ended 1st on the SA Champs 2025 Lager Log (Drinking Team lol)🍻😂
Not a bad tournament at all!

A huge thank you to every player involved and for the hard work put in throughout the year to make this tournament a success.

The boys will now enjoy a well deserved rest and be ready to go again when the Pretoria season kicks off in January💪🔥

This weekend we kick off our SA Champs campaign!
The boys are ready, focused, and excited to give their absolute best on the field.

No matter the result, win or lose, we stay humble, enjoy every moment together, and keep building memories as a team.

Much better performance from the boys against RCB Tshwane this past weekend!

A big well done to Christiaan Roos with a brilliant 51 (22)* and Jono Bosch with a solid 50 (35)* both contributing hugely in our batting innings.

With the ball, Stef Obermeyer led the way with 2 wickets, and the rest of the attack backed him up nicely by chipping in with wickets of their own.

Great momentum and valuable preparation as the boys gear up for SA Champs in just 2 weeks’ time!

The team delivered an outstanding performance this weekend, walking away with 2 solid wins from our double header!

Game 1 vs Boksombende
A true team effort with everyone contributing with the ball.
With the bat, Kobus Gouws led the way brilliantly as our top scorer with 47.

Game 2 vs RCB Tshwane
A hard-fought match where the boys showed real character.
Christiaan Roos stood tall with an unbeaten 55*
Our bowlers kept things tight throughout and played a massive role in securing the win.

Preparation for SA Champs is on track as we build momentum with only a few weeks to go🔥

This coming weekend we’re up against RCB Tshwane again and the boys will be ready💪🏏

Unfortunately our game against Boksombende was rained out, but the boys will get another shot at them this coming weekend in a double header clash!

We’re taking on Boksombende and RCB Tshwane, and with only a few weeks left before SA Champs, the team is eager to get valuable game time under the belt.

Divan Engelbrecht and JG Adendorff led the attack brilliantly, each picking up 3 wickets.

🔥 With the bat:
JG Adendorff anchored the chase with a composed 47* while Aidan vd Westhuizen added a quickfire 17 (off just 8 balls)* to finish things off in style.
