Less than 2 days to go for the 1st round of the Tshwane Tennis Federation Development League 2026.

Players are ready to compete on the grand stage of the City's development league, they will converge upon Curro Hazeldean this weekend. Player registration will starts at 08:00 sharp and by 08:30 we should have our 1st round of matches.

Calling on all stakeholders from Pheli, Mamelodi, Soshanguve, Hammanskraal, Akasia and Ga-Rankuwa to come enjoy this historical moment with us. And we also ask for any other support they may be able to offer to ensure the success of this year's league season.

The JTI workshops kicked off in Mamelodi this past Monday, continued in Atteridgeville and today Soshanguve will play host.

The workshops aims are to bring together the 3 key stakeholders for a successful player development, and share the necessary tools that will help them be more effective in terms of the development a young Tennis player.

The workshops close off 17th May in Hammanskaraal and prior to that a stop in Rietondale for a coaches workshop.

Look out for updates on activities and be sure to be a part of this historical initiative that help commemorate Africa month.
