I’m sure everyone has moments in life where you don’t want to do anything, let alone get up and workout! 😴
If you are feeling down or overwhelmed, you might be surprised how much a workout can lift your mood and clear your mind. One of the great things about exercise is that it releases feel-good endorphins so you almost always feel better after it.
Sometimes the price you have to pay for finally having it together is still having people in your life that don’t. So they’ll be looking for the old you. But, you’ve changed and not every change comes with an announcement, instructions, or the ability to press a button and change back to the version of you that makes them comfortable. If you’re not careful, you’ll get lost between the caterpillar they once knew and the butterfly you’ve become💪💪
One of the most valuable things you can do at any stage on your health and fitness journey is to reflect on how far you have come. Think about how you felt when you started your journey - and how you feel now 🙌🏼. Whether you've made big changes or small steps forwards, focus on what you have achieved so far and let it inspire you to continue to hit your goals 💥💪🏻.
Aim for progress, not perfection.

Don’t apologise for focusing your energy on turning into a better, stronger you
