Excellence | 2025 Highlights 🇿🇦🥋

We are proud to celebrate two outstanding members of Tuks Taekwondo who represented both South Africa and the University of Pretoria on the international stage in 2025.

🥋 Jadon Jesse Matthews, was invited to take part in an elite training program at the World Taekwondo Headquarters in Muju, South Korea, gaining invaluable experience at the heart of global taekwondo.

🥋 Zachary Timothy Matthews, competed at the 2025 African Youth Games in Angola, representing South Africa with determination and pride against the continent’s best young athletes.

Moments like these reflect the dedication, discipline and excellence that define Tuks Taekwondo. We are incredibly proud of you both.

Taekwondo is deeply rooted in Korean culture and tradition.

We were honoured to participate in the Korean Culture Festival and to share the stage with the internationally renowned K-TIGERS, celebrating taekwondo as both a sport and a cultural art.
